Whether it's for a hen party, birthday party, an alternative to a girlie night out, reunion, graduation, leaving do, or simply any excuse for a party, it's fine by us. Our parties are tailored to your needs; no request is too small, too big or too crazy. The main aim of our parties is to have fun and do something a bit different, giving you a memorable experience you'll be laughing about long after the event.

 

 

All packages include:

 

A two hour workshop party in your required theme (see below for more info)

Your own Pole Diamonds certificate of commendation for each participant

 

 

The Birthday / hen / party girl will receive:

Cost: 

 

£25 per person up to 11 people then a fixed ceiling rate of £285 for 12 plus persons

There must be a minimum of 8 paying participants to book this package. You are welcome to have less than 8 participants, but you will be required to make up the cost of 8 participants.

Venues:

 

Pole Diamonds runs parties across Yorkshire and the North of England. Parties are either held at a fitness and dance studio, or in a trendy bar or club that works in conjunction with Pole Diamonds. Or parties can be arranged in the comfort of your own home or a venue of your choice (please note price may vary for these). The following locations are where Pole Diamonds holds its parties, however if there is not a location here that you are after please still get in touch and we can see what arrangements we can make.

How to book:

 

Simply give us a call for a free quotation and discussion of your party requirements. If you decide to book then all we need from you is a non refundable deposit of £100 to secure your booking, this is due to the high demand of our services, then full payment no later than 14 days before your party. All fees need to be paid for in advance; payment will not be accepted on the day. All deposits are non refundable.

 

 

Music:

 

We will provide a selection of music, however, please feel free to bring any music along with you.

 

 

What To Wear:

 

Clothing varies depending on the party theme, if you let us know which party theme you require we will advise on the appropriate clothing.

 

 

Important Disclaimer:

 

All deposits for sessions are non refundable.

Remainder of payment for sessions are due 2 weeks prior to your event.

In the event of one or more of your group cancelling, no refunds are available.

Date or time amendments are not permitted.

You can not pay on the day as your instructor can not take payment from you. If you would like to add any one to the above booking you can do so by contacting our head office no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.

All session times include changing, filling out a disclaimer form, warm up, warm down (and goodie presentation for hen/ birthday parties).

Any medical conditions / pregnancy should be addressed before any event or class due to the physical nature of this exercise. Pregnant ladies are not permitted to take part in any of Pole Diamonds sessions as it is not safe, however they are more than welcome to come and watch

All participants must be 18 or over.
