Who can attend the classes:


The classes are for men & women 14 to 60 years plus, of all fitness levels & abilities, shapes & sizes. Complete beginners to advanced students are all welcome. Children's classes are also available, please ask to more information.




What to bring:


Water, a hand towel, rosin, and wrist supports (if you have them). Come with a friendly, can-do attitude, ready to give it a go.


 

What is Aerial Fitness:




Aerial fitness is an exciting new craze which is fun, really gets results and will teach you a new skill. Run by professional aerialists & fitness instructors you'll use traditional aerial circus equipment such as: static trapeze, aerial hoop, silks, rope, cacoon, net, straps etc to learn the art of aerial dancing / movement, and to achieve an amazing workout that's so much fun. Learn how to hang upside down, climb, invert, drop, hold, suspend, all in the air. This is a fun, unique exercise program which will tone your whole body.
