Our terms and Conditions

We believe in being fair, open and honest. So here are our terms and conditions. Make sure you read them. By paying and booking onto a course / workshop / class / Party you agree to our terms and condition.

Our terms and conditions are set to ensure all our students are kept as safe as possible, to ensure as much enjoyment as we can in each class, and to ensure you understand our policies.

·     Places available on a course are strictly limited this ensures plenty of turns on the equipment and the correct ratio of teachers to students. Therefore advanced booking and payment is required to secure your place. Places are filled on a first come first served basis, and tend to fill up fast. Places are only confirmed on receipt of payment, we can't "hold" or "reserve" places due to the high demand.

·       What you are paying for - you are paying for a place on a particular course that runs consecutively at the same time and place for the duration specified (usually 4 or 5 weeks). Please check you can attend the full course before booking on. It doesn't matter if you miss any lessons we can help you to catch up. Once you have paid and booked onto a course, you have taken a place on a course that someone else could have had, and therefore there are no refunds if you book onto a course and then change your mind or can't attend. Therefore before booking and paying, please ensure you are committed to attending the course.

·  There are no refunds for any missed classes, no scope to swop classes or courses once you've booked on, or to defer a course or to roll a course over. Places are very limited and in high demand. You are not paying for individual classes. You are paying for a course and it's up to you to make the most of that course by ensuring you can attend the classes. If you miss a lesson we'll help you catch up at your next scheduled class, however we wont be able to refund any missed sessions (you're not paying for sessions you're paying for a course) or transfer, swop, defer any courses / sessions. This is because places are limited and by you taking a place on a course, it means someone else can't have that place, and once a course starts we can't then offer that place to someone else.

·     Once you have paid and booked onto the course we are not able to move or swap you onto another course so please ensure you book onto the correct one that is of the correct level for you and is at a time that you can attend the classes.

·         Any medical conditions or injuries should be addressed before booking onto any courses to ensure you will receive the full benefits of the course due to the physical nature of this exercise.

·         Pregnant ladies or ladies that have very recently had a baby are not able to take part in the pole fitness or aerial classes I'm afraid, as it is not safe.

·  ALL jewelry, including rings, watches, bracelets, wrist bands, ankle bands, piercings, belly button piercings etc must be removed before the start of each class. You will not be allowed to participate in the class if you do not remove your jewelry.

·  No jewellery or clothing that may damage or scratch the poles  or aerial equipment is allowed to be worn in class. No shorts or trousers with a buckle or zip can be worn.

·     No creams, oils, lotions, fake tans etc are allowed to be worn in class. You will not be allowed to participate in the class if you are wearing any of these, as it makes the poles very slippy and potentially dangerous, and our students' safety is of the up most importance to us. Please do not moisturise on the day of the class as this makes the poles very slippy.

·    Anybody who is poorly will not be allowed to attend the class and will be sent home due to health and safety reasons. I know it's frustrating to miss a class, but if you attend whilst poorly it can make you worse, can also mean you're not covered under our insurance, and you can then be spreading your poorliness to other students and teachers.
