The training will be a holistic approach, getting the right balance of exercise, nutrition, and well being. With a strong emphasis on making exercise fun and not a chore.
Sessions are scheduled at a time and place to suit you Monday - Saturday. There's no need to be a member of a gym. Training sessions can be held at your home, office, down the park /outside, or in a fitness studio in Ilkely, Bingley, Eastburn or Leeds.
Examples of Personal Training
Your training programme will be an individual programme based on you, your current fitness level and your goals. Types of training may involve, Boxing, Cardio Kicking, Running, Swimming, Cycling, Walking, Dancing, Aerobics, Resistance exercises, weight lifting, kettle bells, core stability exercises, flexibility exercises, or even using aerial equipment. The main focus will be to design a specific programme that will meet your goals, and will be fun and enjoyable to follow.

Training Programme MOT (45 mins consultation) = £26
1 x 1 hour session (taster session) = £40
5 x 1 hour sessions = £175 (£35 per session)
10 x 1 hour sessions = £330 (£33 per session)
15 x 1 hour sessions = £450 (£30 per session)
20 x 1 hour sessions = £570 (£28.50 per session)

Over the past couple of years I have watched nummerous people dedicating their time training in various methods, with the purpose of achieving certain goals. However, unfortunately they quite often fail to achieve their goals, and often don't understand why. The answer is in fact quite simple, and it's not due to lack of dedication to training, it is in fact because they are not following the correct type of training to meet their goals. For example i've watched men following a programme that will help achieve muscle tone, when they are really trying to achieve more muscle bulk. I've watched people wanting to get a flat tummy frantically doing 100s of sit ups etc wondering why nothing is happening, that's because they're not following the correct type of training to achieve this (please email if you'd like to know the secret to obtaining a flat tummy).
There are endless examples. The point is often people are training so hard, and not achieving their goals, wasting their time in fact, when all they need is a quick 45 minute consultation, where they will leave with a new programme, specifically designed for them and their goals, which is what the Training Programme MOT is designed for.
