Pole Diamonds was originally established in 2008 to bring new and exciting ways to exercise for men, women and children throughout Yorkshire. To make exercise accessible, affordable and fun.

The Team

Laura

Laura is the owner of Pole Diamonds. Laura is a professional aerialist and performer, as well as a highly experienced and qualified personal trainer; fitness instructor; dance teacher, and pole fitness instructor. During the weeks Laura spends her day times training at Greentop Circus, the evenings teaching fitness and dance classes and at the weekends can be found traveling the country performing at cabarets, festivals, night clubs and corporate gigs or running hen & birthday party workshops or pole and burlesque master classes.

Philosophy:I believe exercise should be fun, and be part of everyday life. Exercise shouldn't be seen as a chore, it should be something that is enjoyed by all. It should be a way of life. Age, shape, size, gender should not be seen as obstacles to exercise.

Allyson

Allyson is pole diamonds head pole fitness instructor and runs the Leeds and York pole fitness classes. Allyson is originally from the United States where she studied everything from theatre to fashion design. On moving to the UK she started pole dancing and has been hooked ever since. Allyson has competed in Miss Pole Dance UK Amateur 2010, and is a professional pole and burlesque performer. When Allyson isn't swinging around a pole she can be found performing up and down the country as Georgia Honey, and runs her own monthly Burlesque night in York called the Cherry Pop Affair.
